The Beewick*d team guarantees that the products you will receive are in accordance with the order received, with the specifications requested and offered. If you have problems with the ordered products, please contact us and we will try to remedy the situation.

All personal information provided to Beewick*d is confidential and will not be disclosed. Only comments and reviews may be released publically and this would be done for advertising purposes. The shopping cart uses cookies, but this only occurs so items in the shopping cart remain there for future convenience, for when you communicate to us.
Shopping Cart / Shipping Information / Issues
At this time (as of March 2, 2023), we do not ship our products until we have discussed and verified this is what you, the client wants. The reason for this is that the cost of shipping from Canada and securing of our most fragile products can be substantial. (For example, imagine you wish to purchase our Large Angel. The cheapest and slowest possibility for a 3 lbs parcel without signature via Canada Post is $26.65). This costs more than the price of our product! This is the reason we’d prefer to do our sales in person and avoid unnecessary, expensive shipping overheads.
Product Variability
The photos on the website are for presentation purposes. The colors of the products can vary depending on our available wax as well as your choice when you placed the order. Since natural beeswax can vary (from yellow to dark golden brown depending on the season and what the bees worked with at the hive), slight variations of colors are possible. At any time, without any notification from the Beewick*d team, we can modify, delete, complete the content of the current website, including prices and special offers. Additionally, as we hand pour our products, the weights displayed for our products are approximate.

Disputes
Each order sent to Beewick*d has the value of a valid contract concluded between the buyer and the seller. If a dispute arises between the two parties, it will be resolved amicably. The impossibility of an amicable solution transfers the competence of the Canadian courts.
